We purchased three tickets for the 9:00 PM timed-entry and we arrived early at approximately 8:30 PM . However, despite having a reservation, we were not admitted until approximately 9:50 PM — nearly an hour after our scheduled time.
What made the wait even more frustrating was that many people in line were walk-ins with no appointments, yet they were mixed in with scheduled guests. There were only about 25–30 people ahead of us, so it was unclear why the delay was so significant.
After finally entering, the haunted house itself lasted only about 3–5 minutes. While we understand some wait time is expected for popular events, we specifically chose a timed-entry slot to avoid long lines. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the $20 per person ticket price, and we left feeling very disappointed.
We are requesting a refund for all three tickets ($66 total).
